Lost Disc from Top of SL55 Shifter
I have lost the small (roughly 35mm x 33mm OVAL) metal disc, glued to top of my 2003 SL55 AMG gear shift.
My dealer tells me the only option is to replace whole gear shifter, knob, leather cover and lever for lots of money.
Tried to locate a new disc online, but can only locate ROUND ones, which will not fit.
Please could someone advise :
1) where to buy an oval emblem?
2) what other MB models used oval gear shifter emblems (and not the usual round ones)?
