SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: 2004 SL55 AMG ABC Question
The fluid is at proper levels. The car is not sagging at all and it raises and lowers. I get a C1525-064 Low System Pressure Error Code on OBD II...Historic. I believe fluid was changed 3K ago
It passed a rodeo yesterday. My understanding this rules out weak pump, as the rodeo would abort .
It had new accumulators put in about 3K miles ago and fluid change in 04/23/2018. Can it pass a rodeo with bad valve blocks?
Any ideas? Car drives fine other then warning in display!

A car can complete a Rodeo with a failed valve block, but visually it will not look proper.
I'd run Star Diagnosis' accumulator test. And while I was at it, I'd run the other tests of the pressure supply system. If I still had no clue, then I would drive the car and see how the pressure varies under different conditions. For that I might go to a lesser device such as a Foxwell NT510 which I have plugged in all the time I am driving. Star Diagnosis can be had for $200; the Foxwell is $135.
I'm not expert on ABC but it sounds like a pump(less likely) or one of the new accumulators is faulty. If that membrane in the accumulator fails it doesn't properly take in the hydraulic fluid, it basically fills itself. If you remove your accumulators(videos on this) there shouldn't be a lot of fluid in them ounce or two maybe at best. If there is a lot of fluid its failed. Also if you take like a pencil it shouldn't just fall to the bottom of the accumulator when you have it off. That for sure is a complete failure. If an accumulator failed that may trigger the low pressure code since more fluid is filling up in an accumulator than the system is expecting it should.
I'd take it back to who did the accumulators and say you think you got bad one from the manufacture. I'm assuming the part has some warranty on it.

I didn't buy it until July 4th of 2019. I will post on Monday after I talk to my mechanic!
Leaking Front Accumulator
Looks Good !
Looks Good!
So he wants $720 to replace front accumulator and flush the system and install new filter. Seems pretty fair. He will then test drive. If I want to replace the other 2 another $740.00
