Hey folks. Let me know if you need repairs to your headliner. All of my clips in the rear became detached because of the cheapo glue MB uses. You can tell if they’ve failed by either hearing a rattling coming from the rear or if you can simply push up the rear with much play. After reviewing many threads, I’ve discovered some best practices, including 1. Both gluing and screwing the clips back on to the headliner, 2. Reinstalling the headliner with the clips upside down (so it can’t fall out) and with the plastic pins attached to the clips instead of installed separately into the roof prior to install and 3. Using bungee cords to suspend the headliner as you move it back into place.
