I had OEtuning clear it so that it can be used again, but you can only reprogram it through them.

I had OETuning clear the old program so it can be used again. The catch is only they can put a tune in it. You pay $300-400 for one of these and can only
use it once unless they clear it.

So this will save someone some money and help me get some back.
