Performance Questions

So I'm in the market for an SL55 and I have a few questions for those that know the scene and the physics.

#1 I have Monarch Euro 63RS wheels on my S500 and I'm wondering if they would straight swap? They are 245/35r20 front and 285/30r20 rear ( P.S. Who makes these wheels? I bought the car with these on it and I can't find who makes them.)

#2 What do you guys think about a Prior Designs body kit? Would a wider stance and 325 tires make the car faster or slower on the street? (heavier wheels vs more grip) And I know it's all preference, but do you guys think a normal SL55 with the E-class lights looks better, a updated headlight conversion or the Black Series Rocket Bunny look?

#3 What kind of mods do you guys recommend to: keep it cool, make more power, and make it look mean?

Body kits are a very subjective choice and add little if any to performance. I personally think that the stock lines of the car are very tasteful and subtly aggressive. The car is very tunable from a performance perspective, so doing an ECU and/or TCU tune, coupled with modifications to the supercharger and/or crank pulley, as well as exhaust options can add major performance gains.

Body kit, even the wider one, will slow you down. For the 55 do a smaller pulley, belt wrap kit, tune, remove secondary cats and a heat exchanger and you'll be very happy.

Cooling, specifically keeping your IAT in check, is the first challenge with these engines. On an SL55, the biggest heat exchanger from PLM and a Bosch 010 pump upgrade is where I'd start.
