Hi,
A high pressure hose on my SL55 has burst and so I am taking the opportunity to change many other hoses as well. I couldn't find a few original MB hoses and so I am ordering custom made hoses. From the research I've done it seems the rubber hoses need to withstand at least 300 Bar which the shop confirms (circled in green). However, shop can't tell what spec this middle hose is (circled in red). The shop said it isn't a rubber 2 wire hydraulic hose like the other ones but it is an expansion hose. They say they have a similar one in stock but it only takes 110 Bar which concerns me.
Can anyone shed some light on what spec this hose should be?
I'm afraid if I just use a 2 wire hydraulic hose it will affect the ABC system because I assume MB must have used an expansion hose there for some reason.
