SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: 2004 Mercedes-Benz SL55 AMG P30 or not?

Just by appearance I can tell that it doesn't seem to have to have to P30 performance package. I also do not see a facelift on this vehicle. Not sure what you're referring to here.
1. It does not have the upgraded SL65 AMG front bumper with the side vents.
2. The steering wheel is not the one with the alcantara trim on the sides at 3 and 9.
This specific SL does not have the P30 performance package unless the previous owner went out of their way to make this look like it did not come with the P30 package. Something that doesn't make sense even in stupid land.
The wheels are upgraded though.
Beautiful color combo btw

that would be a No, because the perf pkg had the sl65 front bumper with grilles on the sides. You look like a euro guy by the tags so that makes it more difficult to decide. I dont know whet they did in europe. It has the sl65 wheels, that could be a add on.

P030 wasn’t an option on the 04 cars so it can’t have it. You can always see all options a car is equipped with at this vin decoder website https://www.mbdecoder.com

It is not a P30 according to the datacard ( http://mbepc.net/vin/WDB2304741F057118 ). It is listed as option '623 - Version for Gulf States' and the order location was Dubai. More interestingly, the datacard says it should be Alabaster White (960U), not black. Did it get a respray somewhere in its past life? The wheels appear to have come off a P30.
@carguyshu This is not a US market car. The P30 option was available in the US starting in MY2006, but earlier in other markets.
