Broken mirror
I have about a 2" crack in the plastic/glass turn indicator on the driver mirror. There are no marks of anything hitting the mirror. It looks like a stress crack. Has anyone else experienced this? Can this be purchased separate or is it made with the mirror housing?

Sounds like some one has clipped it, perhars in a parking lot.
I caught mine on the frame of the garage door, and broke the plastic indicator. You can buy the part as a spare. In England it cost £10.00 so I guess it should be anout $6.00 for you.
To fit it, you pull the mirror off, then the indicator is held in place by spring clips. A five minute job if you are brave. Mind the wires to the mirror though which heat the glass. The indicator wiring is a simple plug connection.
