I know the wing is just aesthetic and just for the look. I am going for maximum look appeal. Just like changing or chroming wheels does not improve performance - only the look.
We change the wheels and add spoilers for looks and unsprung weight and coefficient of drag issues are moot. Most people want an individual touch and personalization.

I stop by the office today to check my messages and get a courtsey wash on my CLK430, when I thought my eyes where deceiving me! There parked by the gas pump in the service dept. was a Obsidian Blk/Charcoal SL55 AMG (European Version). The car looked SWEET!!!! This was the first car I had a chance to actually touch, instead of looking at photos. Let me tell you pictures DO NOT do this car justice, it looks fantactic from every angle. My favorite detail about the car is the suede leather that covers the dual pod guages, that is a classic touch to a perfect car.
