Do not buy from formymercedes.com - Jerry
Ordered illuminated door sills and waited over 2 months for item in the mail. Upon arrival I noticed the packaging was poorly taped and nothing inside. Shipping company stated that the seller had $20 insurance on the package. Sent Jerry (owner) an email regarding this and all he replied was “someone at the shipping centre must have opened and taken the item”.
It seems to me that this was intentional since the item was not insured to value.
Worst customer service I’ve received to date.

transport service will not even talk or refund you but only them
sue them
