Looped Fuel Rail

I'm requesting the forums feedback and input on the VRP looped fuel rail.
Has anyone with an SL55 amg or M113K engine platform installed this aftermarket product from VRP or other supplier? If so, what are your experiences or thoughts on its benefits.
Does anyone feel its a product to avoid?
I had a catastrophic cylinder 8 failure already and am interested in this product.
Any info is greatly appreciated.

i recently installed their looped and split rail on sl55, only because wanted 105tb, which is simply too big for oem rail.

with other mods also bought, car is a torque monster now, so am happy.

i ordered another looped rail for e55 now working on, which will have 92tb, so no actual need, but tech recommended it and same larger 630cc injectors used on sl, and cheaper for the second one given was left with spare from sl55 to send as advance core

.

Idlebumski-
Thanks for your comment on my post. Thats a helluva setup u got on your SL. My concern with the rail was I wanted to be sure it functioned as intended and was worth purchasing. I ended up buying it but wasn't impressed with the quality IMO.
I asked if leak tests were performed after they modified it but was told to return it if I didn't like the quality. Pretty poor response from them. I guess I'll put it in and hope for the best. Thanks

tbh, my tech was not that impressed with quality either, the little blue section under tb began leaking, so he made new piece, saying pressfit, whatever that is, is not great.

i had purchased tb and surge tanks, along with 630cc, dual intake, 74 fixed, etc, was committed and could only go forward, so lucky my tech is not a princess, and just got on with it.

as mentioned above, despite these imperfections, he still recommended rail for e55.

part of objective in all this, was to end up with spare sl55 oem intake, tb and surge tanks, to turn my little c55 wagon into kompressor beast once i also found intercooler, wiring loom and virginized ecu, needed according to vrp.

overall, i am impressed with what the spend at vrp and v-tech (plus upd bwk) netted me, in terms of slr realm performance out of my sl55.
