If it’s just for storage get the narrowest steel rim you can find with the right bolt pattern, and throw some crappy econobox tires on them

Here are the R230 pages from the mercedes Wheel catalog that lists the wheels that fit an SL65 (and gives diameter & offset details). It might be of use in your search.
