I have an SL55 with the Bose setup including CD changer and phone connector. I am attempting to replace the stock stereo with an aftermarket unit and a fiber decoder. I understood I need to use fiber bypass connectors on the cd changer connector (under the cd changer) and phone connector (under the back center console cover). I also used a fiber bypass on the FM antenna box. Prior to the bypass install, I did not get any sound other than a small click from the speakers. After the bypass setup, I still do not get any sound. Is there any other location I need to use a bypass or is there another direction I should be looking to determine why the setup is not working?

I have a bluetooth to fibre ring adapter thing, thats supposed to hijack the MOST bus, but I could never get it working. Following this thread with interest. Didn't know baout having to bypass other devices on the ring network.
