Congrats on the new car. Curious how unreliable the SL was? Not starting? Leaving you stranded? ABC?

I owned it for about 28 months and seriously enjoyed it. It's a great car. It did let me down twice. First was a serpentine pulley failure. Second was the lower radiator hose came off the radiator. That last one ended the love affair. There are the worries about head bolts and cam adjusters and top cylinders. Add them to a few issues with the body and I just couldn't justify ownership any longer.

Bottom line is that I wanted a much newer car with some warranty protection.
