Replace LCD instrument cluster 2003 R230 SL55 AMG

Hello,
I am having troubles identifying the replacement for LCDs for the instrument cluster of my R230 SL55 AMG from 2003, there is a large offering on the market and loads of OEM references.

I am trying to figure out if there is a real difference on each model or if the speedometer is in mph or kmh. Mine is in kmh but I can see a lot of offers for mph models. I would appreciate any help on this?

Do you need to replace the LCDs, or just the polarization film?
