The CD changer doesn't recognize the discs in the magazine. Possibly a dirty laser Lense or something.
Anyone solve this problem?

Are they commercial music disks or personal (ripped) disks? Did the discs EVER play on the CD (is this a new situation) and/or do they play on other CD players?

These are commercial discs, all in pristine condition. None are recognized.
I have had the car for a few years, and I don't recall using the changer, so this may have been that way when I bought it. But I'm not certain about that. In preparing for a long trip a few days ago I loaded it, tested, and it wouldn't recognize the discs.

Did you "turn them around"...making sure that they are facing the right direction? (I know this is elementary)

yes, tried it both ways.

Turns out this changer w/ an A203.... part number must be common to many models, not a big surprise. And because of this they are a bout $30-35 on eBay. So, I didn't bother trying to fix mine.
