Nah, some who bid simply enjoy pretending that they are making a bid on something they can't possibly afford. It's a slightly askew logic but if it makes them feel good, or a shill/friend, etc to stir up action, that's how they get their giggles. Kinda like people who made low bids on Pepsi Harrier jet n stuff. Sometimes just a shot in the dark.
