2015 SL63 AMG

After 10+ yrs driving modern 911 as my DD, I made the switch to Mercedes again.
Overall very impressed with the machine! It's bi-polar to say the least.
The car it's getting loose after 1k miles and I've a few questions:

Anyone experiencing or experienced Satellite radio issues? Mine is horrible, I keep losing the signal. Going back to the shop next week, they did an update to the radio at the dealer and a master reset at Sirius last week. A small improvement but still loosing the signal.

Ventilated seats? Are they that weak? I can't barely feel the seats ventilating. Any thoughts?

K & N air filters? I ran them on my Porsche's in the past. No issues. Anyone using them on the SL? Any noticeable difference? Sound improvement?
How do I replace the paper ones? I couldn't see any screws to remove the filter housing.

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Guido

Have not had sat rad issues. Ventilated seat on all our MBs are just not good. There's some good discussion on mods for the seats on the forum. Don't run K&N on our's.

Thanks for your response.
Sat radio was an antenna issue; replaced and fixed.
The ventilated seats are a joke; I'll look through the forum...........K&N is a gimmick...sound, more than anything else.
Great car overall, impressive. I'm still trying to get used to the slight hesitation of the transmission. Been driving manuals for too long.
Here are some pics.

Yeah, Merc is not known for their ventilated seats. The seats in my E63 are worse than the SL63, which is definitely not great. Hopefully the airscarf works better.

PS - nice color combo.

I came here to try and find a fix to the ridiculous ventilated seats in my SL63 and read about the slow shifting. The one I bought already had this installed and it makes a wonderful difference.

Good question, wasn't Airscarf meant to be for heating hence the name, might be a small mistake.

Yes. Airscarf is meant to be used in cold weather, and only produces heated air.

I mean, I do think of a scarf as something that makes things warm
