texas mile
Any body taking their sl to the Texas Mile this year, I had planned on it and hope someone will be there with another just to see what top speed is in the mile....any takers ?

I'm interested is it after 3rd coast this year - let me know

Just checked and it's this coming weekend. I'm still in the middle of an SL63 Headbolt rebuild, may be just visit Sunday as a spectator.

Hi Andy, Yes the project is finished and the car is back on the road and running strong. It has a after market Weistec stage II super charger it is a beast. I have done an original engine replacement since on a 2020 AMG GTC and also completed Roger's 2006 S65 V12 engine rebuild he came down 2 weeks ago and picked it up.

I trust you are doing well and enjoying your car.
