differences SL63 facelift VS pre facelift (suspension?)

Here's the breakdown for the R230 SL65s:
765 AMG SPOKE WHEELS 19"/20" WITH MIXED TIRES - 401
770 AMG 19" SPOKED WHEELS WITH MIXED TIRES - 19
785 19" AMG DOUBLE-SPOKE WHEEL MIXED TIRES - 2217
793 AMG 19" DOUBLE-SPOKE WHEELS WITH MIXED TIRES - 406

There was no suspension option on the R231 SL65 because the Performance Suspension was standard. We also now now know from another thread that Benzninja cannot reprogram the SL65 back to a non-performance setting.

I don't find the ride at all objectionable on my SL65. Even with the AMG tuning I think ABC makes the larger wheel sizes more tolerable. We test drove an SL550 (w/o ABC) with 19" wheels once and didn't like the ride. At that time we ended up buying an SL550 with 18" wheels.

I love this R231 platform, it fits my lifestyle perfectly. I know this because I went from a BMW X5 to an SL63 and I didn’t lose any practicality in my lifestyle. Thus, I keep looking at upgrading to the facelift since I always see myself having an R231 in my garage.
But now it is harder to make the jump since I’d pay an extra $50k to $60k for relatively the same car, especially after my SL63 had over $45k in maintenance done (the majority of it was paid by 3rd party warranty) to bring it to perfect mechanical condition.
So I guess what I’m trying to ask here is, would it be worth making the jump to the latest model of what I think is my end-all-be-all car?
Or just drive my current car into the ground and upgrade to the facelift when I can’t use my car anymore.
