MB’s of all kinds.
If I recall correctly there should be a switch inside the glove box. The valet mode makes it so the car won’t go over a certain speed and protects all of your personal data inside the navigation screen such as contacts and previous locations and home setting. There is also the valet key that locks your glove box. I am going to assume this is the same for all MB models. If not I apologize in advance.
