cd changers
Just a thanks for all the posters concerning the cd changer installation.
After I thought I had it all installed correctly and it still didn't work, I finally gave up and took it to the dealer who found that the fibre optic cables had been mis-marked at the factory. They still had to hook it up to a computer to make the deck recognize the cd changer.
All in all, not bad. $300 for the changer on E-bay and another $100 for the dealers efforts still beats the $1000 price tag that the dealer gave me originally for the changer and installation.
For those that have insisted on changing their entire sound system, I imagine it's the music that you listen to, Pink Floyd sounds as good as home with the original deck and Bose speakers.
