Passenger side rear view mirror

Hello,

I bought a 99 SLK Sport couple of months ago... One thing that bothers me about it is that my passenger side rear view mirror looks tinted/bronze when compared with the other 2... I understand that this mirror has auto-dim feature but I'm not sure if it should appear darker more like a bronze hue... I tested its functionality by blocking sensors on the interior RWM and it appears to change but it's still kinda darker...

No electrolite spills or accumulation....

Is this normal or something's wrong with it (dims all the time)?
Suggestions?
Thanks !!!

The passenger side mirror is NOT auto-dimming (the driver's side is). That's why it has a fixed amount of tint in it...
