SLK/R170: HID Conversion KITS

HID Conversion KITS
I drive a 2001 SLK 320 and have been looking for reliable H7 HID kits. I have come across several different kits, some that come with a ballast/igniter and some even that go beyond that and connect to the battery for the positive charge. Of course the high names like Phillips/Hella come to mind.
I found a 4100K hid kit on xenonfactory that I was looking at. Does anyone know anything relevant about this kit? See link below.

Also check out the details on the installation of this kit.

If anyone has done any sort of upgrade such as this, could you recommend any specific kits, besides the one on xenonfactory? Please provide the site you may have got it from and the price you paid for kit.
Also, I have read that in order to prevent a glare from the kits, you have to get projectors for the bulb housing. Can anyone provide more insight on this?
