2001 SLK ASP Pulley Questions - I searched, just want to clarify

This is my first post here. I have a 2001 SLK 230. It is my "daily driver" since my 93 Rx-7 is going through a radical transformation (getting a 450 rwhp H/C LS1). Anyways, I did a few searches on pulley swaps and it seems that the ASP pulley is the way to go. Assuming that's true, I have a couple of questions:

1. Are there any tuning issues with increasing the boost (lean AFRs) or will the factory ECU compensate properly?

2. Assuming the car is otherwise bone stock, what kind of power increases does one typically see with the pulley swap?

3. How difficult is the installation? I have a good friend who is a MB tech who I'm sure will have no problem installing it, but I just wanted to know.

4. Are there ANY downsides to doing the pulley swap? Any reliability problems? Driveability concerns?

5. Are there any other necessary or strongly recommended mods to do along with the pulley swap?

It will be OK on post 2000 without plug or fuel mods. System adjusts. Pre 2000 different.

Ensure keyway is carefully aligned.
Use pulley holder when undoing front nut.
Remove batt neg term during job so computer relearns over a couple of days.
Enjoy the extra 20 or so extra RW hp
