Faux Leather Console
I'm sure I'm not the only one who has encountered this...
The faux leather coating on the center console of my '00 is peeling. It looks like crap but I don't know what to do about it. I know folks have been able to get it replaced under warranty, but I'm not the original owner and it's way past the warranty.
Any comments or suggestions?

Some have fitted carbon fibre overlays, other stripped off paint, some touched up original (me), even a complete recover in real leather...

Recover or touch-up
I was considering a complete recover in real leather but wasn't sure how to go about it. Do you know where I can find info/instructions to do so? Also, in consideration of a touch-up...what did you use?
