Is there a way to have the cigatette lighter outlet operable when the key is in the off position. I know on some cars this can be done by changing the fuse position.

This would be very helpful when charging a cellphone.

Unplug lead from lighter. Run new 5mm sq lead with inline fuse from hot terminal at rear of fuse box down thru hole behind box. Put the fuse at the box end. (20a)
