SLK/R170: Whats wrong with my roof?????

Whats wrong with my roof?????
I have 99 - 2000 production SLK 200 Kompressor.
This morning I could open the roof in 4 minutes.No problem with the trunk, it responds immediately but the roof doesnt move.
I went to the service and they changed the switch in the trunk .(the switch confirms that trunk is open and lets roof to move in)
It seemed ok for a couple of minutes and i left the service because i had no time to spend there.
Now i tried again at home and saw that same problem exists.
I experienced this problem 6- 7 months ago and the service
saw that the joint in the right leg which supports the trunk had to be tightened.It worked.
This time everything seemed ok and they even changed the switch.What else can be done to fix it?
The power is ok , i can hear the sound but roof moves after trying 2-3 times ( red light blinks at least 2 time then it opens)
I will go back to service again but before that i decided to share this problem with you.What else can be done ?..Any ideas if its something serious or not...(As you know there is a locking system above the front window for the roof ,any risk of jamming?)
(Trunk or any other parts never changed, no accidents )
