Another nice run, Steve! Was that you in the plaid shirt, holding the camera? On Saturday I took the CL on a run to Milwaukee for a brake job. Left here it was around freezing; got a few miles south and it luightly snowed for the next 40 miles. That turned into drizzle and rain all the way and all the while I was down south on the 17th. Ah, to be able to cruise like that...the next "cruise" for the SLK will be to mother's garage for the winter! The little darling's never seen salt and we don't intend to start. Great job, tho', Steve.

Thanks...the guy in the plaid shirt is actually a participant. There is one picture with me in it in the restaurant...I am leaning back on a chair wearing a laterally striped rugby jersey of green white and blue.

I don't even want to tell you we started in about 72-74 degree sunshine that cooled as we got into the redwoods and out to the coast to around 60 or so...definitely top down fall beauty...hang in there through the winter...

Oh, go ahead & tell me how nice it was - I thrive on bitter envy! Just kidding. we love it here in God's Country, even if the winter's are a bit long... Plus, with comparable housing prices, we'd be living in a tool shed out there! But your SLK rallies are great, and someday we will, somehow, participate!
