Yes you can put the top down or up while moving, but only while at idel.

haha i'm always so scared to put the top down when at a red light... afraid won't have enough time.... although if or when you do it at the light... people stare in awe.....

Haha yeah. I only do it at one light near me that I know is 5 minutes. I pretend its no big deal but I'm secretly giggling b/c I know everyone is staring and talking about it
