Water drain cleaning
On a 1999 SLK 230, How does one clean the water drainage in the back of the car. There seem to be Two of them on on either side at the edges of the rear wondow and where the trunk meet.
One side seems to be clogged and overflows moisture into the trunk, not in any major quantities, enough to make the alarm go off randomly till it dries off.
It came to light last week when we had some heavy rains in Southern California, all I did was to park it in the garage and air it and it solved the problem, the drain is still clogged and I need to clean it.
Any advise would be helpful

there is a great tech sticky on benzworld. basiclly remove the cover from the drains and slide a tube down with compressed air and blast debris free. then use a small piece od window screens from a hardware store and seal around the cover to prevent debris from getting in the future
