Vent and/or Inside cabin filter noise issues
After much detective work, I finally figured that there is a "bird" like sound in or around the cabin filter when the vent is set to "circulate". This whistle bird like sound is even there when the fan/blower is disconnected and the car is stationary. I have tried cleaning the cabin filter to no avail. Is this an electronic/relay problem since this noise is there with no air blowing in or outside the car?. Any ideas? please help, this is driving me crazy.

Does anybody know the actual function of the "changeover valve"?. It seems to be the cause of the whistling noise. I just disconnected the electrical cable and the noise went away. BTW if it is a critical device, do you know where I can purchase one online?
Thanks for your help!
