cold hard start and shocks
a couple of questions on my '03 slk230 at 96,000 miles:
1.) it's getting hard to start in the mornings (garaged car)-it stumbles and seems to miss, then catches and runs fine and starts fine the rest of the day--about 30,000 miles on current sparkplugs. Any ideas??
2.) just how long do the OEM shocks last (not the sport suspension) and how can you really tell if they're shot? The ride is still super firm, but starting to "skip" a little on a hard corner.
thanks, Larry

1 have you checked you battery voltage and connections.
2 check the shocks for any oil leaks, if there is a leak there shot.
