SLK/R170: Immobilizer keys do not respond

Immobilizer keys do not respond
Hi, i have 170447 Slk230 since 5yrs.
Diagnostic checks as a result, immobilizer is not working.
Check electrical wiring and other parts, but that does not start to say why the above-mentioned reasons.
Instrument panel lights come on or a light bulb, but not boots.
Service Center-raiser for the immobilizer is that it does not recognize.
While testing the new key does not work either.
Why is that?
