SLK questions

Hi so i was recently browsing cars and came across this http://tinyurl.com/3lwsamv
SLK230 Kompressor

and i have a few questions
-I'm going from a e320 4matic same year and wondering how much i may expect to pay extra for it about 20k less miles on my e-class

-How reliable is it?

-Is it quick and can i tune it and get results?

-and is that a good price for the car?

It looks like it has all the extras offered that year, metallic paint, cellphone, heated seats, headlight washers.
the early SLK's have its share of problems and there are a lot of DIY fixes posted here and on other sites.
bigest problem will be the hydraulic cylinders for the roof will need to be repaired $$-$$$ or replaced $$$$.
it can be tuned (stock its 180 HP, but change the supercharger pulley & relocate the MAF) for an additional 20-30 HP.
The price seems low, I'd get it checked by a mechanic that knows Mercedes. and find out what needs to be fixed and if it was routinely serviced.

BTW
I have the same year with the same options and slightly more miles as a daily driver

I took the car for a test drive and found out it has a very laggy acceleration i'm not sure what caused it but is there a way to fix it easily?

Take it to a mechanic.
