I can't remeber exactly as to how many bolts and clips, but it is pretty straight forward. Just start from the bottom most piece (you will see 2 bolt, just loosen and piece should slip off). There are lots of screws for the next piece above that one, I think there is also a screw on the side (remove panel to see it) and one in top of air vent. Make sure you get undo all the screws holding that panel and it should come off then. Let me know if you get stuck and I can go check further for you. My car will likely remain disassemble for another month or so.
