Blower motor blowing on one speed

My 99 slk blower motor is only blowing on one speed. Is there a procedure to check if it is the switch or the motor? Thanks

In my signature there is a link for the Chrysler Crossfire service manual, there should be a troubleshooting guide in it.

Was stationed in Hawaii Hickam AB in 1968-1971. Beautiful place. You are a lucky guy to be living there.

The resistor bank for the blower motor is bad this is what controls the blower speeds it should be mounted close to the blower motor on the air duct.
