SLK/R170: Rich to Lean sensor switch time

I have recently purhased a 2002 SLK 230 (R170) and whilst performing a check on the ECU for fault codes (None shown) I did come across this entry under 'realtime' monitoring:
TID:$05 CID:$02
- Rich to Lean sensor switch time(calculated)
Max: 20,768
Test result value: 32,768
FAIL
----
TID:$05 CID:$03
- Rich to Lean sensor switch time(calculated)
Max: 30,368
Test result value: 32,768
FAIL
Whilst the car seems to run OK, I cleaned the MAF (even though it looks new and there was no oil evident anywhere), and the above still remains.
I wonder if anyone might have any idea of where/what to look for.
Many thanks for any assistance.
