Fair price for a 2004 SLK320?

Hi - I'm on the cusp of putting in an order for a 2004 SLK 320 (manual transmission, heated seats, no other options). What is a fair discount off MSRP to expect from a dealer? The MSRP on this configuration is $47.1K . . . Thanks for your input!

Approximately $1K over invoice is fair.

That would be about $44,863

Make sure you separate that completely from any trade-in.

BTW, if you're ordering, I would definitely recommend the CD changer. There's no other way to play CDs unless you're planning to replace the entire stereo anyway. Plus, there's no way you can get a new changer cheaper than $400 factory-installed price including the mounting kit and installation.
