SLK/R170: Few Problems

Few Problems
1st) there is a rattling comming from the exhaust. whenever I accelerate it raddles. im probably just ganna take it in. but was kinda curious what might of caused it...
2nd)Rear Suspension creaks. Whenever i get out it creaks, its prolly kuz the weight of me + passenger combined is about 410lbs; and i read it said they recommend that the combined weight should be 395... and since i take corners at some high speeds, i was wondering if someone could recommend a nice suspension that would support the 400ish lbs of passenger weight, and help me corner better

Just guessing but...
Exhaust rattle could be in the catalytic converter.
Suspension creak could be in the rear anti-swaybar busings.
