What year is the SLK and does it have the Sport package (aka AMG styling)?

I assume you mean just the main bumper cover and not all of the bits and pieces that are attached to the bumper. The parts list I have shows the following.

'98-'00 (pre facelift) front bumper cover is $291.70, P/N 1708801670
'01-'04 (post facelift) front bumper cover without headlamp washer holes is $276.00, P/N 1708850425
'01-'04 (post facelift) front bumper cover with headlamp washer holes is $276.00, P/N 1708850525
'01 (post-facelift) sport front bumper cover with headlamp washer holes is $1540, P/N HWA1708850425

I don't have the listing for the pre-facelift sport bumper cover or the '02-'04 SLK32-style front bumper cover, but the cost is approximately the same as the the sport bumper cover above.

The bumper is for a 2003 SLK 230 kompressor... The bumper has the mesh grill on it, and I assume it isn't the sports bumper because the sports bumper is for the SLK 32 right? Thanks for the helps guys.

I'm not positive, but I believe it's for any slk that has the sport package option.

I saw an 02 slk32 for sale in Indiana but it had a crack in the bumper. I was floored when I found out how much a new bumper cost.

It does come with new fog lamp assemblies whereas the non-sport bumper does not. Still expensive, but such is the price of the "AMG" name.
