SLK/R170: haven't changed oil in a year

haven't changed oil in a year
Should I do it my self? Or can I just take it to Jeff lube And make sure they use the good stuff (mb says to usee synth). Or is it possible for me to buy MB brand oil and just have them put it in For a lesser charge?
Also what brands of fuel injector cleaners do you guys use ? I use sTp. But I'm not savvy on the different brands
