City Lights in Factory R170 headlights
There is a hole next to the low beam bulb socket.
This socket will push fit in : eBay item number:271845015663

I wired them to come on when the key is in the run position.

But Greg, that is just a word story, we want a picture story.
It is really hard to photograph lit light bulbs.
Photo 1 is the LED bulbs in factory headlights. Nice bright white diffused light.
Photo 2 is the same LED bulbs in aftermarket projector headlights.
Photo 3 the angel eyes, small LED's, and city light LED are all lit on the green car.
In the silver car, I have them wired to come on with the ignition.
In the green car, I have them wired as the parking lights. I have a single filament bulb in the turn signal socket, so no orange light at the headlights unless the turn signal is on.
The green car headlights came with angel eyes around the high and low beams and 2 small LED's, mid height, outside edge. I have those lights wired to come on with the ignition and they blink off when the turn signal blinks on.
