Of course you can, but if you're asking if such a kit is available, then the answer is no.
RENNtech advertises a package that includes a turbocharger in addition to the supercharger. Costs something like $30K, though.

For the SLK, there are really only 2 tuning options
1. A semi-custom and very expensive upgrade from a reputable and experienced tuner like Brabus, Carlsson, Lorinser, RENNtech, MKB, Vaeth, Opera, Kleemann, etc.
2. A typical pulley+ECU kit available from some of the companies mentioned, plus others like H&S, Dynospot Racing, Wetteraur, etc. These kits may also include a high-flow air filter, new fuel pressure regulator, removal of supercharger clutch for '98-'00 models, relocation of MAS, and maybe even a larger intercooler. Generally, you have to send your ECU to the company and they modify it and send it back.
There are also headers available from Supersprint.
All cat-back exhaust systems for the SLK will improve sound and looks but won't do anything for performance.
