Of course you can, but if you're asking if such a kit is available, then the answer is no.

RENNtech advertises a package that includes a turbocharger in addition to the supercharger. Costs something like $30K, though.

I think you're making the assumption that there are kits available for this kind of upgrade. Unfortunately, SLKs are really limited production compared to the Japanese cars that are popular with tuners, so there's not nearly as much stuff available for SLKs (or any Mercedes for that matter).

For the SLK, there are really only 2 tuning options

1. A semi-custom and very expensive upgrade from a reputable and experienced tuner like Brabus, Carlsson, Lorinser, RENNtech, MKB, Vaeth, Opera, Kleemann, etc.

2. A typical pulley+ECU kit available from some of the companies mentioned, plus others like H&S, Dynospot Racing, Wetteraur, etc. These kits may also include a high-flow air filter, new fuel pressure regulator, removal of supercharger clutch for '98-'00 models, relocation of MAS, and maybe even a larger intercooler. Generally, you have to send your ECU to the company and they modify it and send it back.

There are also headers available from Supersprint.

All cat-back exhaust systems for the SLK will improve sound and looks but won't do anything for performance.

As soon as freaking everything comes in. Shipping on some of this stuff takes forever. Like the supersprink headers and exhaust.
