New SLK arrived today
Just picked up new SLK230 this afternoon, brilliant silver, auto, AMG Type III 7.5 and 8.5 inch rims.
Any suggestions for simple HP upgrades?

Thanks guys, I was hoping for 250hp+. Any suggestions? We also have an E55 and 996 in the family, just sold E46 328i sport, don't want the SLK to be the car that gets left at home all the time.

This will take a few more mods:
MKB (oberklasse.com in the US) offers a 250hp kit which includes pulley, chip, exhaust header and cams. However, I am not sure that the header is still available for the current facelifted model
Renntech.com offers increased displacement via diff crankshaft to 2.5L, larger intercooler, pulley/chip with same result.
All these options are pricey (4K plus installation for MKB, a whooping 15K @ Renntech)
I have a pre-FL 230K with extra large pulley (H&S), chip (GIAC), full Supersprint system (header and muffler). I haven't measured but the car is plenty fast at 6K for everything incl. install.

250hp is kind of the cut-off point from sane to rediculously expensive. I'd be suprised if you can to 250hp for under $5K.
