CrankShaft Pulley Bolt

So my '98 slk230 is leaking copious amounts of oil from the front main seal: easy fix right? $8 seal.... but not so fast, Mercedes has discontinued the Crankshaft Pulley bolt. I have been searching everywhere and there are none available anywhere online.

Mercedes gave me this part number 000961018043. This is a stretch bolt from what I understand. Does anyone know the specs on this bolt so I could possible get a generic stretch bolt with the same spec? (Mercedes said there was no replacement part listed )

I normally wouldn't even consider reusing a stretch bolt but what are my options??

Ive had mine on and off (2002 M111) many times relating to
removing and installling overdrive pulley when I took it in for warranty service
way WAY back when. I forget the torque spec, something like 120 ft lbs?
The trick is getting it off and on with an automatic.
There's 2 access port rubber caps on the bottom of the
transmission, the trick is to jam a 1/2" extention in one of them
(I forget which one) and lock it up.
Sounds crazy but worked for me.

Hey, what did you end up doing? I am in the same situation for the same part number. I am debating reusing my original bolt.

Thanks
