SLK/R170: slk230k cutsout when pressing accelerator

slk230k cutsout when pressing accelerator
Hi, I've got a UK R plate slk230 kompresser, but when i accelerate the engine starts misfiring/stuttering. If i use the throttle in the engine bay, it will stay alive if i move it very slowly and build up the revs.
On the OBD scan there are 2 errors:
-One relating to the boost flap having high voltage, this is a separate problem and the flap is stuck open, but that should be a simple fix
-The second is "hot film" which i assaume is just referring to the maf
I've tried unplugging the maf and it doesnt make a difference
Any help would be appreciated thanks
