2004 SLK230 q?
First off I'm new to the board just wanted to say hi. Also let my start by saying I don't own a SLK230 I just wanted to get some specs about them. I drive a slow mazdaspeed protege. Anyways on with my questions.
1. What is the real/max PSI in the SLK230 I've read everything from 5-8 psi depending on the car. I did a search on this board and found that that it says up to 7.0 psi. Honestly I can't imagine that a mass produced car has a 3psi varience.
2. What is the most common SLK230 0-60 and quarter mile time. I did a search on it and it came up with 10 pages so i didn't read it. Thought it would be easier to just ask.
BTW is nice to see that people also mess around with/work on $30+k cars themselves.
Thanks for the answers and please don't flame by saying "use the search button."

'02 SLK32 AMG
1. I can't remember anymore. I thought it was around 6psi. It's about 14psi on the SLK32 AMG, though.
2. 7.2s is the official 0-60mph time of the '98-'00 models in the USA. Tests ranged from 6.6s all the way up to 7.7s. The '01-'04 models have an updated engine and supercharger and the official time was 6.9s, since there weren't any major changes to the '01-'04, not many auto magazines bothered to retest.
