Slk320 2002 alaram sensors ? (top down)

Today I was messing around with my friends and the top of my car just so happened to be down while it was locked. My friend left his wallet on the seat and just put his hand in the car and grabbed it and no alarm went off; nothing at all. Does the slk have any motion/sound sensors inside the car ?

Nope, a seal (door, trunk, gas door) needs to be broken, breaks the continuity of the circuit. I leave my windows up when I will be away from my car for any period of time. Makes it harder for anyone to reach in and grab stuff.

There is a body motion sensor (as in jacking the car for towing) and an override switch for this sensor on the center console.
