Tires for England or the Northwest
My wife and I are looking at the possibility of a three year assignment in England. We currently have the COntinental tires that came as OEM. They will be pushing 30K by the time we go, so I am looking for a replacement recommnendation. Anyone with opinions from the Seattle/Tacoma area, Portland, or East Anglia?

Ah, looking for a good tire for mostly the wet? I have the stock Michelin Sports on the car. I have 52K miles and they still have loads of tread left. Good in the rain (which is important in the NW), good in the dry (when we have it), quiet, and smooth.

Thanks for the info. I have lived in both places before, but I was driving a different car. My first inclination is Goodyear Eagle GS-DS 1. They have great reviews on Tire Rack, and my brother loves them on his Subaru. But I will take a look at the Michelin Sport.
